Currently, the institute is carrying out a comprehensive development of design estimates in the following areas:
- new railway lines, second tracks, access roads;
- highways for various purposes;
- bridges and overpasses, underpasses, overpasses;
- depot structures, rolling stock repair complexes, washing and steam stations;
- production facilities, social and cultural facilities, housing and civil construction;
- filling stations (gasoline, liquefied gas), oil product depots, car service stations;
- design of landfills for solid waste disposal.
